Transcripts

PSU graduates DO NOT need to have transcripts sent to Department.
Two (2) ORIGINAL transcripts need to be sent from EACH institution attended. NO Photocopies or notarized copies will be accepted.
Transcripts must be in sealed envelopes from each institution attended.
Final transcript of conferred degree is required.
International applicants must submit TWO official or attested university records with certified translations if the records are not in English -- notarized copies are NOT sufficient.
